Carousels – Roller Coaster

The new machinery AR530, we newly bought, allows us to perform the three-dimensional bending of tubes of large diameters and thicknesses needed for the roller coasters.

Before this machinery came into usage, it was impossible to bend cross-section pipes larger than 400 mm of diameter in a three-dimensional way.

Now we have overcome this barrier and bend long rods as long as up to 9 m without having to weld them at the change of rotation and bending.

Our own tolerances reduce the margin of error from 0.4 / 1000 (the standard limit) to 0.2 / 1000, that occurs when assembling.
