Calendering and bending structural metal profiles

The AR530, as it is called, weighing in at 3,400 quintals, with three 540 millimetre shafts and an innovative anti-flexion structure, is able to bend and arch all types of profiles and dimensions.

The AR530, built entirely in Italy by an Italian company, symbolises the excellence and quality of Italian-made products in this sector.

The desire for growth and innovation that the Tromba Maurizio company has shown, especially during the last two years, has led it to challenge the global market yet again by introducing the AR530. Despite the current economic crisis, the company decided to invest in the future by simultaneously taking advantage of the builder and final consumer’s experience, technology, passion and collaboration which have led to the creation of this extraordinary piece of machinery.

All these factors have now made it possible to bend such profiles as tubes of up to 36 inches with a thickness of 40 millimetres and HEM 1000 beams of lengths that range from 12 to 18/20 metres, as well as many other commercial profiles.
Bending is carried out exclusively with rollers able to guarantee the consistency and precision of the requested radius.
